The Xiaomi 13 is expected to launch in China in December, followed by a launch in India next year. The vanilla Xiaomi 13 was recently spotted on the BIS India website with model number 2210132G. The listing does not reveal any information about the specification of the device. However, it does suggest that the smartphone may launch in India in the future.
The handset may feature a 6.2-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. It may come equipped with a 50MP main camera sensor and run Android 13-based MIUI 14 out-of-the-box. Previous reports have suggested that the standard Xiaomi 13 could be powered by the yet-to-be-announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Interestingly, the back of the phone may still have a slight curve around the edges. The device also features an updated camera module. It has a square camera island with lenses on three of the four corners. The leaked renders of the handset suggest that it will have a flat surface with minimal bezels and sharp edges as well as a hole punch camera at the top. Xiaomi has flattened the edges of the smartphone to give it a boxy look.
