The craze for Royal Enfield is increasing among the people. Even though it is at the back of the market. Petrol is expensive so most people prefer to buy mileage bikes. But in the midst of all this, Royal Enfield is one and will remain the same.
There was a tremendous jump in the sales of Royal Enfield in the festive season. It sold a total of 82,235 units in the month of October. Royal Enfield sales have almost doubled this year as compared to last year’s October. A total of 44,133 units were sold in October last year.

In fact, the 350cc segment of Royal Enfield has grown 100% year-on-year. At the same time, the overall annual growth was 86.33 percent. However, sales grew only 0.17% on a month-on-month basis. Sales in the domestic market grew by 88.44 per cent. The company sold a total of 82,235 units in September-2022.
The Royal Enfield Hunter comes in two variants – Retro and Metro, which are priced at Rs 1.50 lakh and Rs 1.64 lakh respectively. It is built on the brand new J-platform. It is powered by a 349cc engine, which generates 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm at 4,000rpm.
Its Metro variant gets a 270mm rear disc brake and dual-channel ABS. At the same time, rear drum brake and single-channel ABS are available in the retro variant. The lower Retro variant gets a basic instrument cluster with tubular grab rails and halogen taillamps. The Metro trim gets slightly different instruments, sleek and stylish rear grab rails and LED taillamps.
Talking about the future plans, Royal Enfield recently confirmed that it will launch the new RE Super Meteor 650cc cruiser on November 8. Debut will take place at the 2022 EICMA in Milan, Italy. The bike will share its platform and powertrain with the RE 650cc twins. It will come with 648cc, parallel twin-cylinder engine with fuel injection technology. The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 will get a retro-style design language with round headlamps, large windshield, chromed crash guard, alloy wheels and twin pipe exhaust system.
